+Membership approval is not automatic and is at the discretion of the Home Hardware Building Centre at which you are applying for membership.

++A separate Application Form must be filled out for each Home Hardware Building Centre at which you wish to participate. If in the future you change stores or begin shopping at more than one Home Hardware Building Centre, a new application will need to be submitted for each new store.

+++Representative will be considered the main contact person(s) and will be the only one authorized to deal with the account ie. Redemption of points, changing address. You can have more than one name listed as a representative.
