First
time Signing in to TOP NOTCH Rewards
Before you Sign In for the first time you need
to create a Password that will be used each time you Sign In.
To do this:
1.From
the Sign In page, click on “Create my Password”,
located at the top and bottom of the page.
2.Next, you will be prompted to enter your TOP NOTCH Rewards
Number. When complete, click "proceed".
3.In order to verify your identity, next you will be prompted
to fill in some information as it relates to your TOP NOTCH
Rewards account. Once completed, click “proceed”.
4.Step 3 of 4: Choose your Password. Choose a Password that
you will be able to remember. Do not choose a Password that
is obvious like birthdays or partial telephone numbers that
might be easy for others to discover.
5.Enter the Password a second time to confirm then click
“proceed”.
6.The final step requires you to choose a Password Reminder
Question and Answer. The question you choose will be asked
of you should you ever forget your password. You will then
need to supply the answer you have provided in this step
for verification. Click “proceed” when everything
is finished.
7.You’re finished! Click the link provided to login
to your account.

Forgot
my Password
If you have forgotten your Password,
1. From the Sign In page, click on “Forgot my Password”,
located at the top and bottom of the page.
2.Next, you will be prompted to enter your TOP NOTCH Rewards
Member Number. When complete, click “proceed”.
3.Your Password Reminder Question will be displayed. Enter
your answer (answer is case sensitive) however you typed
it in originally.
4.Select if you would like your password emailed to you
and/or displayed on screen.
5. Click “proceed”. If you have successfully
answered your Reminder Question your password will be displayed
and/or emailed to you.

Not
sure if I have a Password
If you're not sure if you have a Password:
1.
From the Sign In page, click on “Not Sure if I have a Password”, located at the top and bottom of the
page.
2.Enter your TOP NOTCH Rewards Number and click “proceed”.
3.If you haven’t yet created a password, you will
be directed to create your Password. If you’ve already
created a password, you will be directed to the Password
Retrieval section where you will need to answer your Password
Reminder Question.
4.If you are still having problems, you can contact our
Customer Service Centre.

Important
Technical Information About This Site
If
you're having some problems with the new TOP NOTCH Rewards site,
you've come to the right place.
The
good news is that almost all the issues related to how the site
appears on your screen are quick.
To
fully access all the features on the site, you must also enable
your "cookies" in your browser.
That's
because topnotchrewards.ca uses "session cookies". Session cookies
reside in memory and persist only as long as the browser is
open. This cookie holds only the information that is uniquely
generated when the user logs on to the site and persists only
as long as the user's browser is open. This cookie allows users
to have their member information available as they browse the
topnotchrewards.ca site. Then, upon a Collector's departure
from the site and closure of their Web browser, the information
in the session cookie is removed from memory. This enables better
user security and privacy.
To
check your "cookie" setting go to the "tools" link at the top
of your browser and check Internet Options or simply use the
"help" function and type in "cookies."
